If booking over the phone, please make sure to mention Anime St. Louis 2025 to get the rate!  If booking online, be sure to double check the dates in the portal as they might start out differently than what you want to book.  The room block rate may not extend outside of our general event window if you are trying to book for days such as Wednesday or Monday.

Finally, for our attendees staying at the Embassy Suites, we challenge you to take cleanliness to a new level with a clean room contest!  By making your bed and making sure what’s left of those ramen bowls makes it to the trash can, you could have one of your hotel nights free!  On the Sunday of the convention, the hotel will have the housekeepers keep track of the room numbers that they find nice & neat.  Then the Housekeeping Manager will inspect those rooms and will chose the top 3.  The 1st place winner will receive 1 complimentary room night as part of their Anime St. Louis stay; while 2nd place will get 50% off 1 night and 3rd place will get one of their nights 25% off.  Winners will be notified by their contact telephone number that is on their reservation profile.  The hotel staff is looking forward to seeing all the great costumes and attendees again!

Please note that any cancellations need to be done at least 10 days before the event.  Any cancellations made after that may be charged a cancellations penalty.  No deposits are required when placing your reservation or at any point throughout the year.
