Date Auction
The Date Auction is one of the highlights of Anime St. Louis! In past years we have had a "Bishounen Auction," limiting the gender of the auctioned so as to avoid the implications that comes with auctioning women. In the 2009 year we allowed women to enter the date auction as women, due to it's high demand it back back again! This year we will be auctioning off 6 lovely ladies and 6 good-looking guys in anime/manga/video-game costumes! Yes, some of them will be crossplaying (cosplaying as the opposite gender). The winners of the auction will have a dinner with their prize date, as well a guaranteed seat at an Anime St. Louis' event. Proceeds from the auction go to paying for the dinner and making Anime St. Louis a bigger, better convention. The deadline to turn in your forms for P.R. is over.
