Anime St. Louis reserves the right to revoke badges for misconduct of any kind, at any time by a staff member or security. “Misconduct” is deemed anything unruly by a staff member or security member’s own judgment. After removal, Anime St. Louis does not owe refunds for the revoked badge. Anime St. Louis is also not responsible for the venue staff or venue security and if they so wish to have your badge removed and you barred from their property, Anime St. Louis cannot stop them. If such a case were to happen, Anime St. Louis does not owe a refund either.

The cosplay discount is a discount issued on judgment. If your costume is deemed uneligable, then you will be required to pay the $5 difference. We also reserve the right to refuse the cosplay discount to those who do not meet the qualifications of cosplay. It is recommended that you bring a picture of the character you are in case you would like to debate the issue further. OCs (Original Characters) and RPCs (Role Playing Characters) are allowed. Please bring a picture and be in full costume. Even if meeting the qualifications listed, the cosplay discount can still be denied.
